Buster Posey Called Up by the Giants
On Wednesday the Giants purchased the contract of catcher Buster Posey from Triple-A Fresno.  The organization was hoping Posey would remain in the minors until next season, however starter Bengie Molina is having trouble fighting off quad soreness and Posey's stats this season are fantastic.  On all levels combined this season, he has 18 homers and 80 RBI.
Fantasy Outlook:  The future is now in San Francisco.  Posey is an elite keeper option who is a must have.  In yearly leagues, it is yet to be determined how much of an impact Posey will have and how many starts a week he will receive, however if you are slow to snag him, someone else will.  Posey is the best catching prospect in baseball, so do what you can to acquire him on your squad.
