Brandon Phillips Has Been Playing With a Fracture in his Wrist?

For two weeks Phillips has been dealing with this issue in his left wrist and considering the reds are clearly out of it, the recommendation may come soon to shut him down for the season and plan for 2010.  If that is the case, many owners will be searching the waiver wire for a new option at 2B.

Fantasy Twist:  If you are searching for a replacement for Phillips, consider Martin Prado (hitting over .300 on the year), Brendan Ryan (getting on base at over a .400 clip in the last 3 weeks), Mark Ellis (13 RBI in the last 21 days), and Ryan Roberts (who is getting on base at a .444 clip during the last 3 weeks).
